    We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Saudi dates. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for quality issues (e.g., damaged packaging or product not matching description).
    • Food safety regulations limit returns: unopened and unsealed packages only may be returned. Opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned or refunded due to perishability.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Refund Process
