At Golden Oasis Dates, we now offer free standard shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. We ship exclusively within the United States (continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package ships.

Shipping Method

  • We use trusted U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your premium Saudi dates safely and reliably.
  • Free standard shipping is included on all orders.
  • For bulk or wholesale orders (3kg boxes, gift boxes, or custom cartons), we can provide upgraded shipping options upon request—contact us for details.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or peak periods (such as Ramadan). We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Bulk or oversized orders (3kg boxes and larger) cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes—a physical street address is required.
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier’s discretion.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
  2. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
